| If that was true you would have enough man power to answer the calls. Unless 199 of the 200 phone calls are customers calling back to say you messed up their order or to say their AMS part has just failed or broken after 10 miles of driving.

A man once asked me if I took certain things seriously. I guess I made it
seem like I didn't, but I do. Now people tell me I take things too
seriously, but they don't understand. They don't care either. I don't feel
they respect or understand what I'm trying to achieve. Perhaps it is their
own sense of failure that is trying to sustain and validate itself.
